Getting Help

You can get help with PTFB Pro using the following methods:

On-Line Help

• To use help, choose Help > Help topics , or press F1.
• Most dialogs also have a Help button; click it to display context-sensitive help.
• Hold your mouse over a control to display a tool tip with information about that control.

Using Web Based Resources

On the Help menu of PTFB Pro, you can access a number of Website pages dedicated to support issues:

• PTFB Support Forums
  Visit the PTFB Support Forums to exchange ideas with other PTFB users and to get help from the PTFB development team.
• Customer Care Center
  Use the PTFB Customer Care Center to submit questions to Technical Support, or give us feedback.
• E-mail Technical Support
  Send an e-mail message to Technical Support - support@ptfbpro.com
